A live chat button appears on any page you turn it on for and then when a person clicks on the button they can chat with you live. If the person is not yet a contact they are asked to provide their name and email and a contact is created for them. The messages are stored under the contacts so it is easy for you to find previous conversations.
Easy Page Installation
Click a button and the live chat tool is instantly added to the pages. For pages hosted elsewhere you can post a link or button to open the live chat tool as a popup.
Offline Actions
When you are away you can choose to either have the live chat disappear or for it to take an offline message.
