Question   Can we upload our own pages in the future to overwrite existing files?

Answer    Yes, you can.  However, when we install the page we add specific php code.
You first need to download the .php file for the page you want to edit to be sure to include our code.

NOTE:
You need to be sure that the editor you use does not alter the php code or it will mess up the page.
If editing yourself, it is typically best to keep a backup of the one we install in case you have an issue.
