Any customizations or assistance with software settings is handled as a support request. You purchase support request credits upfront and we work on your request until either it is complete or you run out of credits in which case we notify you to purchase more credits.

. This allows us to handle all types of requests while at the same time saving you money
Typically we complete requests within a couple hours of it being submitted, however allow 1-2 business days for us to look into basic requests and up to a week for an advanced requests. Our workers track time spent on your support request using our tracking software so you are charged for exactly the amount of time spent on the request. When they complete the support request, you are sent an email notifying you that the request is complete and awaiting your approval. If the request passes your inspection you can approve it and if not you can leave notes describing what changes are needed. Once you approve the support request the time spent on your request are deducted from your balance of credits.
Retainer - You deposit funds up front by purchasing support request credits. These credits are later deducted from your account when the request is approved.
Hosting - A small amount of support credits maybe included with your hosting each month depending on your hosting plan.
Rate - There is a fixed rate that is based off the difficulty of the request.
Large Projects - Every worker has a different rate of how many credits per a minute it costs to have them work on your request.
There is ABSOLUTELY NO guaranteed
. This is because you are not paying for a product but instead are paying for time. This means if a request is done incorrectly you will need to pay for both the time spent doing things incorrectly and the time spent correcting it. Any upgrade request
is handled separately and guaranteed.
