Question   How can I setup my software to make sure I do not get charged overages for emails?

Answer    The easiest and most sure way to control this is to set limits on the Members so they can only send out broadcasts every 2 days or less.
Also, to limit importing and adding contacts.  Also, you can consider limiting the amount of contacts a Members can have or the amount of emails they can send.
