Question How do I reset a member's password?

Answer

To reset an Members password login to the admin's account account. Go to "Members" page.

Click View Member

Click the "view" link for the Member you wish to reset the password for.

In the popup that appears you will have the option to reset your password.

All our Passwords are encrypted.
This means it is impossible for you to find a users password.
Instead, you would need to reset their password.

Q. A member is saying their login is not working and when they click on the link to reset it, it says the link is no longer valid. Why?

A. The password reset link is only valid for the same day it was sent.
They would need to go to the forgotten password page and request to reset their password again.
