Q. If I make this software free how do I make sure that the person that referred them get the credit?A. If the software is free, but you still want someone to signup under another person so that lineage exists, they should signup at the url below with the username of their sponsor:

Q. The payza payment buttons when clicked says the merchant is not able to accept payments now. How do I fix this?A. Within Payza you need to add the site in the Websites section under Business Tools.
Q. A member paid through payza then when she went to set up her account. She had an error saying that she did not use the same email address that she pay with. What should I do?A. When this happens what you should do is check to see if you have any processing records. Most of the time when this happens it is because the person is using a different email than the primary one in the Payza account used to pay with. If this is the case, you will see a processing record with the username temp987 and it will show the correct email for the member to use to join with. If this isn't the problem, next, go to the billing report page and try to search for the Payza transaction number and see if you can find it that way. If you still don't find it, it means that either Payza is not correctly setup in the Payza account, or the payment was made using a custom button (not one generated by our software) and the custom button isn't setup correct.
Q. Is there away I can make a free membership so people can use the system free but they can't get paid when someone they refer pays for the system ?A. With a Pro system there is the option when editing the membership to indicate that the membership is free. If free, then you would need to see the id for the membership (look in the URL of the page when editing the membership and it will say ?id=*. The * is the id for the membership). Then, you would link to the join page using the link below putting the * for the membership and the USERNAME for the member that referred the new member.
