Q. How many emails can my members send a month/day and how many emails can i send a month/day?A. We do not limit the number of emails your members, or you can send each month. However, our hosting packages come with 10,000 emails included in the monthly fee, additional autoresponders will be billed per email (rate depends on the number of emails sent). If you wish to limit the number of emails sent by your members that can be done through the ADMIN members area.
Q. How much does the sms marketing tool cost, and who has access to the texting? All members or just the administrators of the system?A. You can view the price for the SMS Marketing Plugin on the
product prices page. All members have access, but you can limit the access if needed. Also,
Twilio has its own fees for per text message posted on its site.
You can choose to allow members to have access to create and send their own messages. If you do this there is an additional monthly per a member fee for each member that has access to this feature.

The plugin uses credits to control how many messages members can use to prevent someone from using too many since each message causes a fee. You can sell credits, or give them away for free.
Q. Is your Basic software self-hosted or do we have to host it with you? Would you install it on our hosting account? And how much?A. We host it for you. There is a file manager where you can access things to make updates. Hosting is $25/mo plus it's $0.01/mo for each free member or $0.10/mo for paid members.
We do offer an option to use your own dedicated server. However, we need to install the server which costs $235 to install it, plus the monthly fees are the same. If you are interested in this option let us know and we'll send more details.
Q. Do you offer your script where I can Install it in my own server?A. Yes, you can host on your own server, but the server would need to be installed by us. Our software has specific requirements for everything to work properly and we would need to install the server. We charge $235 for this. Once installed, you would still pay the monthly fees, same as if you were hosting on our server (but without some fees like email overage fees). The server would be in your name, and when purchasing it, it should be a CentOS server without CPanel or any other WHM/Plesk type of software on it.
