Commission Qualifications Overview:
Commission qualifications allow you to specify that a member must be qualified by referring a specific amount of other members before they are allowed to earn commissions.
To setup member qualification settings go to edit the membership that the qualification applies to (your-domain.com/admin/memberships).
It has 2 options if member is not qualified
1-
Delete commission: so member won't get paid if he's not qualified
2- Pay commission to next
qualified parent (upline): Paying commission to the first qualified parent (sponsor) in the member's upline.
