Overview
This describes how to install a custom members area page into the admin folder (Members Area).  If you need a regular page in the members area it is best to first consider adding the page as a resource page.  This document is for if you need to add a page with custom php code.  If you need to add custom php code to an existing page, first consider using an iframe and placing the custom code inside a php file inside of the iframe.  Consider these options (resource page, iframe) before following the instructions below to create a new custom members area page.

Getting Started
PHP Knowledge - This takes php knowledge, and although much of it can be done without php knowledge by copying and pasting, without php knowledge there is no purpose for doing it this way (better to do a resource page).
Uploading Into Admin Folder - You are unable to access most files within the admin folder.  However, you are able to access files that are uploaded with the word "custom" in the filename.  Also, you are able to upload files into the folder if the word "custom" appears in the filename using a special form found in the bottom right side of the file manager when in the root folder.
HTML Template Option - When creating a custom page in the admin folder, you have the option to have a corresponding html page uploaded into the /adminpages folder.  This is optional, but this is the preferred way to do it.  Doing it this way makes it easier for workers without php knowledge work on it without messing up php code.

With HTML Template
To create a custom members area page with an html template file you will create 2 files.  One file will have all of the php code, and the other file will have all of the php code.  The files will be uploaded in separate folders.  In this example we will create a custom members area page with the filename of examplecustom.php

PHP File
Copy the code below into a file named examplecustom.php and upload it into the /admin folder
