Client Admin
The client admin gives clients access to their settings, files, databases, and more. Either your client will give you their login or we will setup a separate account for you. If using your clients account, and with their permission you can purchase products and assistance from us directly on their behalf.

File Editor
Within the file editor when editing an HTML or PHP file there is reference material and insert codes available on the left side.
Page Installation
PHP Capture Page Code - The PHP code you need to add for a capture page to be installed correctly.
Blank Landing Page - The PHP code to install a blank editable landing pages.
PHP Form Fields - The PHP codes to use for form fields (input, select, etc) for capture pages.
Capture Page WYSIWYG Form - The ~~ codes for installing a form inside the WYSIWYG and the php code for installing an editable capture page that allows the form to be in the WYSIWYG.

Free Options
Q&A - At the top of this page is the option to ask a question. It will show you related questions. If we do not have an answer you can provide an answer and we will respond within 2-48 hours.
Online Documentation - We have documentation of many features and common tasks done with our software.
Paid Options
There are paid options which
your client pays for us to assist you.
Support Requests - Can be used for any assistance needed. We charge by the minute using a retainer.
Upgrade Requests - This is a cheaper and guaranteed method to getting updates or new features to the software than a support request.
Consultation/Training - We can work one-on-one with you. Billing is handled the same as a support request.
Demos
We have a separate demo for each type of software and tool. We also have demos of some of the common combinations of tools and software. Demos are reset every few hours during the day so it is safe to use them to play around with.

Things You Need to Know About our Hosting
- CPanel - No server with our software installed on it has CPanel, Plesk, or any other server management software installed on it. Our software updates server settings directly and so this type of software is not compatible.
- DNS/Apache - Our software makes edits to the Bind and Apache configuration files so any changes you make to these files will be overwritten.
- Database - Dedicated server clients have phpMyAdmin installed. Please ask them to provide you with the password if needing database access.
- Shared vs Dedicated - Clients systems may either be on a dedicated server or a shared server. If a client is not sure then it means they are on a shared because all dedicated servers are in the clients name with the hosting provider they choose (we merely manage it). Dedicated server clients have additional access such as sFTP, phpMyAdmin, server tools and custom name servers.
- Files - Shared hosting sites can use our file manager to access files. Dedicated server clients have an RSA key for sFTP connections. Please ask them to provide you with the file or to have us send it to you if needing FTP access.
- Upgrades - We do several upgrades a year. When we do upgrades clients files in the admin and uploads folder may be overwritten. If you follow our guidelines you will have much less issues with our upgrades.
