You can control which memberships or specific members are able to see pages. Doing this you can turn off access to tools for a membership. Also, you can give a specific member (or membership) access to files that are normally only for the admin. There are 2 methods you can use to do this. The 2nd method allows you to do entire tools at once.
Method 1
Go to
File Manager -> /adminpages -> Then click edit icon to edit HTML file
Click Edit access button on the left panel.
To add access to this file, select Access Type from dropdown there are 2 types of access
1- based on membership
2- based on member id
After selecting Access Type, Select / Type access membership/member id then click Add button.
Method 2
Login to
WMT client admin then go to site page.
In site page expand Web Pages & Members Area section and click Manage Files (Access/Translate).
In this page you can add/remove access to files/ plugins
- To add/remove access to a single file, search for the site in Site Files section then click edit access.
