Support Request Overview

Nearly all small tasks are handled as a support requests.
To improve communication between us it is good if you can take a moment to thoroughly understand how our support request process works.

Tips Using Support Requests

Below are tips to help you have a better experience with our support request process.

QUICKER RESPONSE - If you are at your computer, it is best for us if you can leave any notes about a support request in the members area on the support request page. Emails sent in experience a delay as someone must process them and post the notes in the correct spot.
QUICKER RESPONSE - Support requests are handled in que based off of age and their priority.
TRAINING - If you would like to learn how to do something yourself and need more direction than what is given through our guide and Q&A process you can create a support request for it. Create a support request asking us to do the task and to provide detailed instructions of what we did. For example, you can try to install a page and have us fix the items you missed.
