We are able to transfer your domain name from one domain name to a new one. The fee for doing the transfer is $50. We would do the transfer over the night, when your site has less traffic. We would do the transfer within 3 nights from the order, as we are able to coordinate it. We would either need for you to be available during the time of the transfer to edit your name servers OR for you to give us temporary login to your account where you purchased the domain name from so that we can transfer it ourselves. The downtime when doing the transfer is 5-10 minutes. However, there may be issues for some recent visitors to your site where they are unable to see the site. This ONLY happens to people who have recently visited the site (as it is a cache issue), and fixes itself within 1-48 hours, depending on cache settings..
