Question   When we create a new product what will the members area for that product look like? Will it be the same as the current members area?



Answer    If you add the product into your current software the members area will look the same by default.  However, with a Tool Truck you are able to modify it so each membership has it's own completely unique look.  You have full html and php control for that membership to customize it however you want.

A. Yes, you can go into the file manager in the WMT Client Admin and make the changes there.

Members area files are stored in the uploads folder as indicated below:
Images: /uploads/images
HTML: /uploads/adminpages
CSS: /uploads/css

Q. When a member purchases a new membership will everything be in the same members area or will it be separate like they have two member areas?

A. If an existing Member purchased into a separate membership if they use the same email, then they would cancel their old subscription and would belong to the new membership.  If they use a new email and have 2 separate accounts, then they would have 2 separate logins and see separate things in each members area.

A. It can have it's own members area look if you setup a membership for it.  It will have it's own look, however, the members area would share the domain from the primary site that the piggyback is attached to.
