Question   How do I set the software so that access to the Member Area is not given until after payment is received?

Answer    Under "Advanced Features" in the "Misc" section,
there is an option for 'Software is FREE' where you can select no,
making it where someone has to pay before creating their account.

Q. Does your software do commission/compensation tracking?
a. Does your software do auto payment distribution to Members in the member area?

A. Yes, our system does compensation tracking.

We have a feature called "Direct Payment" which requires a Pro software and allows Members to get paid directly to the merchant account they specify.
Otherwise, you would collect the money from the sale, and then there is a report in the members area showing commissions earned for each Member for you to make payouts.
There is also an export to PayPal and AlertPay which allows you to import a file into either merchant's members area and pay everyone at once.

Q. Do you offer customization of the members area? Can some of the menu items be removed or changed and how much does it cost?

A.

Every page in the members area has a template file which can be edited giving you nearly complete control over how the members area looks.

You can go in and make the customization yourself with html knowledge, or you can submit a support request and have us make the changes for you.

Small tasks like removing items start at $5.  It is based off time spent, but for $5 we can remove a few items and/or move a couple things around.
