Question   How can I setup my Authorized.Net billing info on direct payment system



Answer    Authorized.net Login

1- Login to your Authorized.net account
2- Go to Account tab


API Credentials

3- Click API Credentials & Keys under Security Settings section


Authorized.net API Details

4- Copy API Login ID and paste to your profile/settings page as Authorize.net Login Name
5- Answer security question then copy API key and paste it to your profile/settings page as Authorize.net Transaction Key

A. Yes, it will suspend them. We caution to be careful if you have more than 1 tier, or an admin payment because the person gets logged out when only 1 of their possible many subscriptions is canceled.

A. Yes, people can purchase external billing products without being a member.
It creates a contact for the record of the client and the sale is attached to the contact.

Q. When using direct payment option how can a person upgrade and have more then 1 membership?

A. A member cannot belong to more than 1 membership. Instead, you can setup so each membership has different content.
Then make the membership that the member upgrades to include all the content from the member's original membership.
You can do this by setting up content groups and attaching them to content.
